All operations, all breezy

Custom software for businesses that don't fit the template.

Breezy fits the way your business already runs, connecting the tools you use and filling the gaps that cost you time: rosters, approvals, suppliers, timesheets, quotes and reports. And when you need it, we build the whole system end to end.

Custom builds, not fixed software

What Breezy builds

End-to-end systems, or the gaps between your tools.

End-to-end internal systems

For companies whose workflow has outgrown spreadsheets and does not fit standard software. We design and build the whole system, from enquiry to finance.

Gap-bridging software

For companies that already use tools like Xero, HubSpot, Monday, Airtable, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, rostering tools or industry platforms, but still rely on manual work between them. We connect what you have and fill the gaps.

Built by people who have run the spreadsheets, filled the rosters and dealt with the midnight admin.

The problem

You're growing, but so is the admin.

Spreadsheet sprawl

Quotes, rosters, timesheets, client notes and job details live across different files. Nobody knows which version is right.

Off-the-shelf tools miss the messy parts

Generic CRMs, rostering tools and project apps break when approvals, suppliers, staff changes, agencies, finance handoffs or site work do not follow a neat template.

Admin eats the evenings

The same details get copied into quotes, rosters, invoices and reports. The work gets done, but it steals time every week.

Example build

From inbox to invoice.

This is the shape of a system we built for an event waste management company, shown on one fictional event. Every screen below is from one example system, built to carry a job from enquiry to finance without retyping the same information.

Keep scrolling, the story plays as you go

1 · The messy starting point

It always starts the same way: a request lands in someone's inbox.

A real job, described in someone's own words, arriving between forty other emails. Today this becomes a spreadsheet, a group chat and an evening of retyping.

2 · The event form, pre-filled

The mess gets organised. A person stays in charge.

Sarah's email becomes a filled-in event form: dates, phases, gates, bars and pax in their right fields. Gaps are flagged, and the CRM is updated automatically with every action.

4 · Quote to roster, nothing re-keyed

Rostering gaps, agency changes and sign-on records stay connected.

Staff plans generate rosters instantly as they are edited, so the roster is always up to date; the gaps are flagged instead of discovered on the day.

What you just watched

The same operation, minus the admin.

That whole week, bump in to bump out, ran on one job record. Nothing was retyped between the email and the invoice.

Before Breezy

  • Quotes in Excel
  • Rosters in another spreadsheet
  • Staff changes in texts
  • Timesheets chased after the job
  • Invoices copied manually
  • Reports done at the end of the week

After Breezy

  • One job record
  • Quote, roster and documents connected
  • Staff changes update the right places
  • Timesheets approved in one flow
  • Invoice data ready from the job
  • Reporting updates as work happens

What we can do

The story you watched is the solution to one workflow. Let's solve yours together.

This isn't a product you adapt to. Most of the time we slot into what you already have, connecting your tools and filling the gaps that cost you time. And when a workflow is too tangled to patch, we build the whole system from scratch. Either way, we start with whichever part hurts most.

A few workflow shapes we build around:

Or, the full build

When you need the whole thing built

Sometimes a workflow is too tangled to patch. When that's the case, we build the complete system end to end, with every step connected and nothing retyped, exactly like the operation you watched in the demo, and the systems behind the case studies below.

End-to-end buildOne live systemEmail to invoiceRetires the spreadsheets

Not another tool your team has to fight.

Breezy isn't a product you bend your business around. We design and build custom software that fits the way you already work, keeping what works, cutting the repeated admin, and connecting the spreadsheets, emails and apps you already use to fill the gaps between them.

Proof

Real operators. Real systems. In production.

The story above is not a concept. These are examples of custom systems we have already built for businesses with messy operational workflows.

Cleaning and waste · 11 locations

Closed Loop

Closed Loop needed more than a spreadsheet upgrade. Breezy replaced disconnected Excel quoting and rostering with one live operations system. Inbound emails become draft quotes, leads move through a clear pipeline, staff plans are built by role and phase, agency replies update the roster, crews sign on and off by QR code, and timesheets reconcile automatically. Branded proposals, dockets and reporting are all generated from the same workflow.

CL Sustainability Services

CL Sustainability engaged Breezy to build a system around the way each arm of the business actually works. For events, Breezy supports email-to-quote, pipeline tracking, staff planning, agency allocation, QR sign-on and timesheet reconciliation. For venues, it manages rostering, job sheets, cleaning schedules, QR job completion and consumable tracking. We also integrated Xero, giving the team one end-to-end workflow from enquiry through to finance and reporting.

Enquiry to finance, end to end

Live deployments are now being measured across quote turnaround, roster completion, sign-on accuracy and timesheet reconciliation.

How we work

Custom, not off-the-shelf, without the agency overhead.

01

Discovery

We map how your business actually runs: spreadsheets, emails, bottlenecks, repeat admin and handover points.

02

Build

We design and build the first working system around the workflows that cost you the most time.

03

Live and supported

We launch it with your team, fix what appears in real use, and improve it over time.

Who you work with

You work directly with the person building your system.

Tony Prujean, founder of Breezy

Breezy is built and run by Tony Prujean. Tony has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science and six years' experience working inside site services and operations across New Zealand and Australia. After seeing how much operational work still relied on spreadsheets, inboxes, duplicated data and manual coordination, he started Breezy to build custom software around how businesses actually work.

Clients work directly with the person designing and building the system, from the first workflow conversation through to launch and ongoing improvements.
